Your GGT level is something to do with your liver. I was wondering about the fact that is there anyway you can lower the levels?Is there anyway you can get your GGT levels in your blood down, any advice or know of any help info?
GGT is an enzyme which has it's highest concentration in the kidneys, pancreas and liver. GGT is often elevated in liver disease, particularly with obstruction of bile ducts, it would need to be investgated to determine the cause.
If your drinking in excess then of course reducing this will help
