I am being sued and I cannot afford legal counsel. I need to know the best book(s) to get to file motions, set hearing dates, send information back and forth to the other party's attorney, etc ... Any and all help is greatly appreciated!!!What is the best book for finding Legal Advice?
This information varies a lot state by state, and a little bit even within the state. What state are you in? There is probably a legal clinic or even a private paralegal place such as ';We The People'; that can help you. The other place to go is to a law library, where you might get a little help.
