Keeps kids from being teased if they don't wear the ';in style'; fashions. If everybody is wearing the same thing, you can't tease somebody for what they're wearing. It is good b/c it gets everyone on the same level as far as economic class...you can't tell who has the most money, etc..

To prevent inappropriate material, to easily identify students for safety issues, to prevent provocative styles and sexual harassment.
You just really need to think about it.
It also reduces class distinction by disallowing competitiveness at having the latest and hottest brands and fashions. That a good majority of parents can ill afford.
school uniforms are used to prevent people from being beat up for their new shoes.
to cover the girls bodies
to keep the focus at school on school not clothes
yeah! to maintain discipline,to make the students know that they are from so %26amp; so school(!) %26amp; to make you write an essay!!!!
