What if the person causing trouble fro the rest of the team is a self-styled leader ? Is this good advice ?

';You must have heard the old saying, it only takes one rotten apple to spoil the barrel full.

If you have someone causing trouble for the rest of your team, get them out, it will be the best in the long run. Do not waste your time and effort trying to make them see your point of view, or trying to get them on your side. Lets face it, some people, and I am one, are not team players. They,we, march to a different drummer.'; (by jimbo)What if the person causing trouble fro the rest of the team is a self-styled leader ? Is this good advice ?
Hello:

Sure, getting rid of a derisive element can be helpful, however there may also be a reason of greater import that could be the reason for their being there.

I hope this helps
