I'm thinking about starting an advice column for my school paper. The teacher who runs the school paper is supporting my idea. I was wondering if I'm accountable for anyone's actions or anyone who misinterprets my advice?
If there is, what do I have to do to not be held accountable?
If there isn't, would a disclaimer cover it?Is there liability for school advice columns?
I don't know if there is liability or not, but disclaimer all the way! It will cover you no matter what. Go for a clear, concise statement.
