What are some tip or advice on growing indoors?

Im gonna start growing indoors and I need help cause im a beginner.What are some tip or advice on growing indoors?
Do NOT over water. This can lead to root rot and eventually you kill drown your plant to death. Depending on the plant, they usually don't need a ton of sunlight, maybe 3-5 hours a day is a good amount. Synthetic light is also good enough.What are some tip or advice on growing indoors?
maniplants: bamboo: you can also grow others but you have to put on sunlight once in a week
